Refund Policy
1.1. Products are non refundable once purchased unless there is a mistake in the item sent. Should there be a mistake in the item sent you should notify us with 2 days for us to either send a replacement or provide a refund. In this regards all items would have to be in the original packaging with all components and accessories. Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 working days from authorisation to the following address.
